"Simple and a little bit slutty" Me in Rake Magazine
I really should just keep my mouth shut when I’m out doing interviews. Christy DeSmith of Rake Magazine asked me to be in a feature she was doing on picking out dresses for Valentine’s Day.
The premise: She and I go shopping, and I pick out a dress for my wife, Alyssa. Here’s the result. It’s a beautiful dress. From Stephanie’s in St. Paul (a really cool little boutique).
One of my quotes: “My wife has great legs, so it’s fun to show them off.” That was nice. Some of my other quotes: well, I should just learn to be quiet. You’ll just have to click the link so you can see for yourself.
Tonight’s Good Question: How did the state of Minnesota get its shape? The answer isn’t as obvious (lakes/rivers) as you’d think.

UPDATE: Christy writes about the “slutty” quote here. It was all in good fun, and I’m glad most people appreciate my honesty. Although I will work towards being less quotable in the future. That’s not true. I like being straight forward. My wife is hot, and I like to see her show it off. Is that wrong? No. I will favor the word “sexy” however.)
