Happy Birthday To Me: From Shelby (kinda)
My birthday is on January 24th, Thursday. I’m not telling you this so you can send me gifts, although I’ll be at work and you can feel free to drop them by the station.
I’m telling you, because on my MySpace page I’m getting lots of birthday wishes. They’re funny, and often sparkly. Which is another story. But this birthday wish was particularly exciting:
Don Shelby has a fan page on MySpace (he claims that he hasn’t set this page up himself). Frankly, I’m inclined to believe him, because there’s no way the Don would write “News Conscience” instead of “News Conscious.”
I’m glad Don’s fans deem me to have a year more of conscience. Judging from some of the e-mail I get, you people think I have NO conscience.
