Dear Sony,
What is wrong with you?
Seriously? An e-Book reader that is not Mac Compatible? And you’ve had this thing out for two years?
I mean, I get it. It’s not like Apple users are likely to download any sort of media from the internet to a portable device. So it was probably smart that you only made the Sony Reader for PC users.
How many programmers would it take to figure this one out? Maybe you could have borrowed one or two from this idiotic idea, and capitalized on the fact that the Kindle is sold out for Christmas.
WTF?
Me on Cities 97 promoting my Wednesday night story: Does the 5-second rule work?
Isn’t Tyler hilarious?
We almost pee’d our pants when we got this autograph from ‘CCO super-reporter-blogger James Derusha!!!!!
It’s odd to see a picture of my wife and child used in an ad without persmission. Geez, SKY Sotheby’s. You could at least have sent me two free entry tickets to the State Fair. My CC license only required attribution; back in the day it wasn’t Non-commercial as it is now.
UPDATE: With the non-apology from SKY Sotheby’s Mollie Windmiller: Thanks for your email, I have already had a conversation with our Marketing Coordinator about this situation prior to this e-mail. Rarely do we use photos from websites outside of our professional photographer’s photos. If there is a situation such as this that occurs again, I have informed our Marketing team to always reference the photographer, and of course be sure it is a photo that we are legally able to use. This was a good lesson learned, and unfortunately we do not have state fair tickets to offer you. :-)
